A healthy parish is a singing parish!
While we encourage all of our congregations to sing at Mass, we especially encourage those who enjoy singing with and for other to join one of our parish choirs.
- The Chancel Choir sings at the 9:45a Sunday Mass every weekend during the academic year. This choir sings traditional hymns and choral repertoire.
- The Contemporary Ensemble sings at the 8:00a Sunday Mass every weekend during the academic year. This choir sings and plays more contemporary settings and songs.
- The Resurrection Choir sings for most, if not all, funerals at Holy Cross. Members are “on-call” for when our parish family is most in need of support.
- The Schola Cantorum sings about once a month throughout the year – usually at the 4:15p or 11:30a weekend Masses. This choir sings motets and choral literature as well as Gregorian Chant.
Do you enjoy making music but don’t consider yourself a singer? Then consider joining our Bell Choir. The Bell Choir plays at the 9:45a weekend Mass about once a month during the academic year.
